Day 1

Well, this isn't technically "@ home" since I  am in a Detroit hotel room, bit it's as good of a time to start as any.  No yoga mat.  11pm.  Wednesday.  Work trip.

Poses today to be easy and restful.

My body is feeling a bit tender after my first yoga class (with Alex) yesterday in a month.

1.  Legs up the wall pose - I did 4 minutes
2.  Seated, easy pose
3.  Side stretch
4.  Seated Cat/Cow
5.  Table Top
6.  Traditional Cat/Cow
7.  Puppy Dog Pose
8.  Up Dog
9.  Down dog
10.  Rag Doll Pose
11. Mountain Pose
12.  Chair Pose
13.  Rag Doll Pose
14.  Down Dog
15.  Table Top
16.  Thread the Needle
17.  Cobblers Pose
18.  Shavasana

Overall, it felt really good.  Not a ton of focus on any particular area, but very relaxing.  It took about 20 minutes.  I definitely need a traveling yoga mat though...the hotel towel on the floor was quite slippery.
